Each dealer account will receive ONE only user profile which will have multiple user access.

The Order entry, Accounts enquiry, Change password and Access Code Maintenance options will only be able to be accessed via an Access Code.

The ACCESS CODE will be the dealer's responsibility to secure, allocate, change and maintain at all times.

Panasonic ask that prior to allocating the access code to other staff that you change it to maintain security.

You may create a different access code for each function, Order Entry, Accounts, Change Password and Access Code Maintenance.

It is recommended that ONE person in your organisation retains and maintains all access codes.
The code is a 5 character code, alpha or numeric or a combination of both.

Upon receipt of the signed hard copy of this e-pan application you will receive the e-Pan User Profile, Password and Access code
